We had the honor during the year to create videos for the YouTube channel “Sprawy PrzyZiemne” is the first nationwide multimedia channel dedicated to Earth science. It is run by geologists and geographers from the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Wroclaw.
It is a great honor for us to have been able to join this team and help realize such an important project. Working on this channel is not only an opportunity for us to use our filmmaking skills, but most importantly a chance to collaborate with scientists and learn about the latest discoveries in the field of Earth sciences.
The project is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science.
Together with scientists, we tried to convey knowledge in a way that is accessible and interesting for our viewers. Each episode is a collection of important information, trivia and tips to bring viewers closer to the mysteries of the Earth. We believe that through our work, Earth science will become more understandable and fascinating for our viewers.
We believe that the videos on the “Earth Matters” channel not only contribute to the popularization of Earth science, but also encourage viewers to explore the subject. Maybe it is thanks to our videos that young people will discover their passion for Earth sciences and decide to study a major related to this field.
During the creation of episodes on the “Earth Matters” channel, we had the pleasure of using advanced technology. One of our greatest assets was drones, which allowed us to take beautiful shots from unusual locations.
We also used fpv sports drones, which allowed us to show places that would be hard to reach otherwise. This allowed us to bring even more excitement to our videos and increase their appeal.
